The sunroom’s 10-seater table opens up onto the garden and pool – a perfect house for any holiday/work-from-home sabbatical.

The farmhouse kitchen features an electric and gas AGA stove huge fireplace. Back and front garden. 360 degree views from upstairs. Privacy, security (it’s a guarded cul de sac) and a rarified sophistication, for a very reasonable price.

Note that two cats live on the property. They are outdoor cats and will be fed by a caretaker in the nearby cottage. They needn’t come into the house unless you would like them to do so.

We have provided backup power in this property to a certain extent in an attempt to alleviate the inconvenience caused.

Easter Special

Winter Special

R6000 per night.
R38000 per week.
R130000 per month.

Minimum 4-night stay required.
Up to 8 guests. Valid for July and August only.

Low-Season Rates

R7000 per night for the first 8 guests. 

Mid-Season Rates

R12000 per night for the first 8 guests. 
Mid-season applies to 1 December to 31 March, all long weekends and school holidays apart from ones falling in high season time.

High-Season Rates

R18000 per night for the first 8 guests.
15 December to 7 January, Easter weekend, festivals and Cape Epic.
